Willie E Lacy, 71, of Davenport, passed away Monday, October 9, 2023, at Clarissa C Cook Hospice House, Bettendorf, IA.
Willie Lacy is survived by his loving family. Linda Lacy (wife) 3 daughters Andrea of Davenport, Amanda of Ohio, and Angela of Missouri. The 3 grandchildren he raised Dayshawn, Cheyanne,and Aaliyah.
He had a large extended family and will be missed by all that knew him.
