Tamra L. Walters, lovingly known as Tammy, was born on June 12, 1962, and passed away on August 10, 2025, in her home in Bettendorf, Iowa. Throughout her 63 years, Tammy exemplified kindness, warmth, and generosity, leaving a remarkable impact on family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to know her.

Tammy had an innate ability to make those around her feel special and loved. Her love language was expressed through acts of kindness and quality time, whether it was through a thoughtful gift or a simple kind word. She opened her home to many, providing a welcoming place for those in need of comfort and companionship. Known for her great sense of humor and a spirit that resonated with joy, Tammy was a free spirit who lived life fully and embraced every moment.

Tammy cherished spending time outdoors, relishing in adventures at the beach, and enjoying the warmth of the sun. She was an avid horse lover and often found happiness in road trips, creating lifelong memories along the way. Her passion for life was mirrored in her proudest accomplishment—the deep and meaningful relationships she built with her family.

Tammy is survived by her beloved life partner, Bill Wall, and her three sons, Shane Walters (Tara Walters), Shawn Lopez, and Corey Lopez (Shelby Hazlewood). She is also survived by her sister, Kathy Green, her brother, Todd Walters, and many nieces, nephews, and grandchildren who will forever hold her memory in their hearts.

Tammy was preceded in death by her mother, Margaret McCullough, her father, Oliver Walters, and her brother, David 'Smokie' Walters. Her legacy of kindness, love, and joy will undoubtedly live on in the lives she touched. She will be deeply missed and remembered daily by all who knew her.
