Stacie Rae Noble, 54, of Port Byron, Illinois, passed away peacefully on October 21, 2026, at Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House in Bettendorf, Iowa, surrounded by family, following a courageous battle with cancer.
Stacie was born on April 2, 1972, in Rock Island, Illinois, the daughter of Roger and Debra (Crowe) Noble. She graduated from Moline High School in 1990. Generous with her time and resources, Stacie always thought of others and was ready to lend a helping hand—first with her younger siblings, and continuing throughout her life. She was a wonderful single mother who supported her children’s many activities and hobbies, ensuring they had a beautiful childhood. Stacie also loved animals and plants, especially her large collection of succulents and cacti.
A lifelong learner, Stacie never gave up on her goal to earn a college degree. She graduated in 2021 from Florida Gulf Coast University and pursued a career in special education, teaching at Corkscrew Elementary in Naples before joining the staff at Riverdale Middle School in Port Byron. Optimistic and always a fighter, Stacie continued pursuing her education throughout her treatment, earning her master's degree from Western Illinois University, which will be conferred this December.
In addition to her parents, Stacie is survived by her children, Jansen (Erica) of Galesburg, Illinois, Camryn (Ethan) of Naples, Florida, and Kenzingtyn at home; her grandchildren, Rhilyn and River; brothers, Brett (Rose) Noble of Spokane, Washington, and Cody (Tina) Noble of Blue Grass, Iowa; sister, Sasha (Noah) Noble of Port Byron, Illinois; grandmother, Jeannine Crowe of Moline, Illinois; and nieces and nephews, Corrina, Hayes, Everett, Maura, and Madigan. She was looking forward to welcoming her second granddaughter this coming January.
Per her wishes, no services will be held. Cremation rites have been accorded.
Family and friends are invited to share memories and condolences on her memory page at www.mvcremation.com.
