Ronald Fradel

Ronald W. Fradel, 85, of Bettendorf, IA, passed away on Friday, September 19, 2025, at Fieldstone of DeWitt, DeWitt, IA.  His wife, Lois J. Fradel (Robinson) predeceased him.  They had been married for 54 years at the time of her death in 2018. He is survived by his daughters, Amanda L. Slavens (Matthew), Bettendorf and Jennifer E. Fradel (Steven Green) Newtown, PA.  He is also survived by his grandchildren, Olivia Slavens, Ian Slavens, Samuel Green (Kathryn) and Jacob Green.  He also is predeceased by his parents, brother and grandson. 

He retired from Alcoa in Riverdale, Iowa in 2005 after 28 years of service in quality control and production planning.  Prior to his employment with Alcoa he was employed by Nabisco in Rock Island.  He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.  

Funeral services will be directed by Mississippi Valley Cremation & Direct Burial.
