Robert Lee Clutts, 70, of Buffalo, IA, passed away Wednesday, July 12, 2023.
A private memorial will be held on Saturday, August 5, 2023, at 11 am. in Oakdale Cemetery, Davenport, IA, followed by a public Celebration of Life inside The Beach Pub at 12 pm, 1022 Front St., Buffalo, IA 52728.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family. Memorial fund contributions can be made at The Beach Pub & Shell Gas Station in Buffalo, IA.
Most people knew him as "Bob" the man who had the uncanny ability to make you laugh.
He is survived by his son Robert Clutts; his three daughters Samantha Martin, Amey Mccrea, and Shelley Hupp; his grandson Robert Clutts; and three sisters Kaye Fierce, Angel Clutts, and Mary Worley.
