Ralph H. Grunwald, 86, of Rockford, IL, passed away on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at the Kahl Home in Davenport, IA.

Ralph was born February 15, 1940, to Reinhold and Ardina (Schneider) Grunwald in Kewanee, WI.

Ralph is survived by his brothers and sisters - Earl of Milwaukee, WI, Lee of Plainfield, IL, and Dale (Jill) of Long Grove, IA, Joyce Brown of Algoma, WI, Alice (Tim) Laurent of Green Bay, WI, Janice (John) Haen of Luxemburg, WI, and seventeen nieces and nephews.

Ralph was preceded in death by his parents, Reinhold and Ardina Grunwald; sister and brother-in-law, Carol (Don) Dahnke; and nephew, Chris Laurent.
