Obituary
Pearl (Fulscher) Tetens passed away on Monday, November 10, 2025, at the Silvis Center in Silvis, IL, at the age of 92. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Pearl was born in Moline on March 13, 1933, the son of Clarence Hull and Jennie (Myers) Hull. |
She married Ronald Fulscher (1951), who passed in 1982; she later married Harold (Gene) Tetens in 1989. While married to Ron, they had three beautiful children, Pam, Linda, and Beth. |
Pearl loved life and meeting new people. Wherever you went, she knew someone, or if not, she would before you ended a conversation and would be friends forever. She was a very special person who, once you met her, you would remember her always. Making people smile, laugh, and being there for anyone always; that was Pearl. To know Pearl was to love her. She will be missed!
Many thanks and appreciation to ALL at Silvis Center. The care, kindness, and love towards Pearl was amazing, and you are all gifts from God. Hospice was a tremendous help, also.
She is survived by her husband, Gene; daughter Pam (Mike) Daffara – Cedar Rapids, IA, daughter Beth (Gordy) Wainwright – Port Byron, IL; 3 grandchildren-Duston (passed 2011), Stacie (James) Wilkinson, Brian (Julia) Haines; 3 bonus grandchildren- Brandon, Lori, Lindsey; 6 bonus great grandchildren, two bonus great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews and very dear friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Ron Fulscher, brothers Chuck & LeRoy, a sister Rosalia, daughter Linda Haines, grandson Duston Wainwright, and brother-in-law Jeff Haines.
