Leclaire local Navy vet, electrician who started Bowers Electric and retired out of John Deer. Proceeded by daughter Brenda Bowers Esparza, survived by wife Mary Bowers and kids Carlos Esparza (Brenda), Steve Bowers, Joe Bowers, Elizabeth Bowers, and five grandkids, and eight great-grandkids.
