Lyle Eugene Moffett, 79, of Galesburg, passed away Saturday, April 12, 2025, at Marigold Health & Rehab, Galesburg, IL. Cremation will be directed by Mississippi Valley Cremation & Direct Burial, 1811 15th Street Place, Moline, IL.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife Christina Diane Moffett (Wolf). Surviving are his children: Cheryl, David, Nathan and Stephen and his brother Larry Moffett (Gayle). Lyle loved his family. He was a veteran of the US Navy and ran a successful pool table business.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Bible Baptist Church 814 Jersey Ave Normal,IL on Sunday May 4, 2025 from 3:00-5:00pm Central time
