Laurel Lynn Norris, 65, of Davenport, IA, passed away on Monday November 10th 2025, at UnityPoint Health, Trinity Bettendorf of Septic shock.

Laurel was born on July 25th 1960 in Walworth Wisconsin to Edward Joseph Norris and Vera Iverson. Later she moved to Silvis, IL and graduated High school there. She then moved to Dekalb, IL and worked as an accountant till the business closed. She then moved to Moline, IL to settle down with family. She later moved to Hastings, NE and was Head chief of a Shelter until she became disabled. Then after she moved to Davenport, IA with family.

Laurel was predeceased by Edward Norris, Vera Iverson, Luann Gallegos(Norris), Jason Gallegos, Johnny Gallegos. She is survived by her two sons Brandon Norris and Brenten Norris and her grandson Leonidas Norris. 

Cremation was directed by Mississippi Valley Cremation, Moline, IL.
