Kelly J. McBride, 64, a cherished soul from Moline, IL, will be remembered for her kindness and warm spirit. Her legacy lives on through the memories shared by loved ones, who carry her kindness in their hearts.

There will be a celebration of life at Leisure Time Billiards in East Moline on Friday, September 11th, from 4 pm. until 9 pm.

Cremation will be directed by Mississippi Valley Cremation and Direct Burial, Moline,

She is survived by her brother, Mike Christopher, and her niece (they were more like sisters), Keri "Nile" Pena, and their children, Cameron, Jacob, and Kaylie Pena, whom she loved to watch play sports. Stepbrother and sister Paul and Sandy.

She stayed in touch with her many cousins in Illinois, Colorado. Oregon, Nevada, New York, and I'm sure other states.

She was born July 10 , 1962 to Guy "Jerry" and Roberta "Bobbie " Christopher who preceded her in death. She also was preceded by , half brother, Guy Christopher Jr. ,who's children Deborah,  Holly and Patrick survive and keep in touch.

She is also survived by Susie Leonard, who, for at least the last 6 months, helped care for Kelly, especially during the last month. I also need to mention Andy Bowers' friends since they were children who lives in Germany.

I wish I could list her many best friends, and that is meant literally. She was best friends with many and considered them all as best friends; you all know who you are, please accept apologies for not being mentioned because you know how long the list would be.

She was a well-known pool player in the Quad Cities, winning Many league and local tournaments, including state championships. Her pool friends are vast both locally and across the country and really are like family.

She also has a great following of friends from high school, graduating in 1980 from UTHS.

She had an infectious smile and personality, made friends everywhere, talked to anyone, started conversations, and could carry them on forever

She worked at her family's business, Jerry Motors in Silvis, drove a truck for Hasty Tasty, worked at the Arc, East Moline Speedway, and other jobs, where she was always making new friends.

She will be missed by all.

Family and friends are invited to share memories and condolences on her memory wall at Www.mvcremation.com.
