Kathleen Sue Vincent, 80, of Cambridge, IL, passed away on Friday, July 31, 2026, at her residence surrounded by her loved ones. Cremation will be directed by Mississippi Valley Cremation and Direct Burial, Moline, IL. There will be no services per her wishes. Memorial contributions can be made to the Henry County Humane Society or the Cambridge Ambulance Service. 

Kathleen was born on January 19, 1946, to Eldon and Sylvia Elwood Palmer in Geneseo, Illinois. She graduated from Cambridge High School. She married Larry Vincent on July 12, 1964. Kathleen was a homemaker and worked part-time for Country Companies Financial in Cambridge. Kathleen enjoyed collecting antiques with Larry; she collected Pillsbury Doughboy memorabilia, while Larry collected Fisher-Price Pull-Toys. She also enjoyed camping, traveling in their RV, and crocheting. They spent their winters in Florida with their Floridian Friends. Kathie especially enjoyed following her grandkids' sporting activities. Her cat, Henri, brought her much joy for the past 12 years. The community of Cambridge will miss seeing her "patroling" around town twice a day on the same route.

Those surviving are her three daughters and sons-in-law: Tracie and Troy Coziahr, Cambridge; Kristine and Chris Sullens, Kewanee, IL; and Lisa Sumner (David Casteel), Cambridge. Also surviving are seven grandchildren: Molly Jo (Bradley) Vannoy, Mackenzie (Keegan) Brown, Tanner Coziahr, Chloe Sullens, Chase Sumner (Kenzie), Spencer Sumner, and Reese Sumner. She is also survived by two great-grandsons, Brady and Charlie Vannoy. Kathleen was preceded in death by her husband, Larry, her parents, and her two sisters, Nancy Heck and Laurie Gibson.
