Julie Lynn Brumley, 58, of Davenport, IA, passed away on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at The Ivy at Davenport. She is survived by her daughter, Emily Brumley, sister Kathy Brumley Morris, mother Evelyn Brumley, niece Melissa Speth, and her two beloved cats.

Cremation will be directed by Mississippi Valley Cremation and Direct Burial, Moline, IL.
