Joyce Elaine Heald, 86, of Moline, IL, passed away on Sunday, July 6, 2025, at UnityPoint - Trinity Rock Island.

Cremation will be directed by Mississippi Valley Cremation & Direct Burial, 1811 15th Street Place, Moline, 

She was born July 3,1939 in Moline, IL and graduated from Rock Island High School in 1957.

She was preceded in death by her son, Jeffrey Brugman of Slidell, LA; her parents, George and Agnes Stevens of Rock Island; and a brother, Ronald Steven’s of Rock Island.

She is succeeded by her son and daughter-in-law, Steve and Laura Brugman of Raymond, NH; a sister Crystal Aldridge of Rock Island; a brother, Donald Stevens of Rock Island; six grandchildren and nine great- grandchildren.
