Jeffrey Alan Smith, 66, of Milan, IL, passed away on March 7, 2025, at UnityPoint - Trinity in Rock Island, IL.

Jeffrey was preceded in death by his parents, Doris M. Smith and Wayne E. Smith.

He is survived by his son, James Smith; daughter-in-law, Shauna Smith; and grandson, Logan Smith. He also leaves behind his sisters, Julie Carlson, Ellie Smith, and Marie Smith, as well as his close friends Butch and Carol Nimmick and Ryan Jones.

Jeff loved football, baseball, motorcycles, movies, music, and a good night of karaoke. He also enjoyed driving a taxi, meeting new people, and sharing stories along the way. He lived life on his own terms and will be dearly missed.

Cremation will be directed by Mississippi Valley Cremation and Direct Burial, Moline, IL.
