James Gore, 80, of Rock Island, IL, passed away on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at UnityPoint - Trinity Rock Island Hospital.

James was the son of George and Ruby Vincent. He is survived by his wife, Ernestine, and their 5 children, Robert Wilson, James Wilson, Ronald Gore, Sakina Horton, Alisha Gore, and both grandchildren and great-grandchildren. 

We will always carry your memory and your love in our hearts. For James, this is not a goodbye, but a "I will see you later." We love you. 

Cremation will be directed by Mississippi Valley Cremation & Direct Burial, 1811 15th Street Place, Moline, IL.
