Daniel Joseph McCormick

Daniel Joseph McCormick, 71, of Moline, IL, passed away on Saturday, May 31, 2025. 

Survived by his loving wife of over 20 years, Robin, his kids, Garry, Michael, & Ryan. His absolutely wonderful grandchildren, Killian, Dameon & Laney.

& to those that dad cared about beyond just immediate family, we want to say we see you and we recognize how much he cared about you.., The Berhenke Girls, Jody & Jami, The Rodgers Boys, David, James, Kenny, & Big Josh! Big Daniel & Violet, as well as Sir Jay, Waylon & Owen!

Dan was more than just a father & brother-he was our protector, who stood tall for us through every storm. With a heart as big as his laugh, he had a soft spot for stray dogs, showing up with the family's only four-legged friend, "Socks". Gifted with building talent and an eye for detail, he helped on countless projects for his siblings, never asking for anything in return except maybe a cold drink and good conversation. He was always ready to lend a hand, and he never turned away from any of us in need, no matter how big or small the task. His kindness, strength, and love leave a legacy that will never be forgotten in the hearts of his family.

He left behind a wonderful baby girl, Daisy (shown in the background) & an 18-year-old baby girl, Monet, with their feline friends, Fat Elvis & Miss Kitty, may she now rest in peace too, as of 7/22/25.
