Cynthia A. Lovett, 60, of Moline, IL, passed away on Monday, March 2, 2026, at her home surrounded by loved ones.

Cremation will be directed by Mississippi Valley Cremation and Direct Burial, Moline, IL.

Cynthia was born on September 12th, 1965, in Council Bluffs, Iowa, to Jack and Sally Wiseman

Cynthia was a woman whose heart was bigger than life itself. She loved deeply, gave freely, and never hesitated to show up for the people she cared about. Her family was her greatest joy and proudest accomplishment.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Scott Rule; her loving mother, Sally Clarke (Benny Clarke); her daughter, Breannah Fullmer (Andrew Fullmer); her sons Nick Wiseman and Brandon Cory; and her stepchildren Brett Rule (Amanda Rule), Craig Rule (Sarah Rule), and Cassie Rule. She was a proud and involved grandmother to Kaylynn, Peyton, Archer, Presley, Willow, Mila, Aiden, Caleb, and Vera, each of whom held a special place in her heart.

She was preceded in death by her beloved son, Shawn Cory, whom she carried in her heart every day.

Cynthia found her greatest purpose in being a mother and grandmother. She never missed a chance to be involved, to celebrate milestones, or to simply be present. She was creative and crafty, always working on something with her hands, and she loved being surrounded by people. If there was a gathering, she was often at the center of it - welcoming, laughing, and making everyone feel at home.

Her faith was strong and steady, guiding the way she lived her life. She believed in loving others well and putting family first. Cynthia was deeply involved in charitable efforts and had a giving spirit that knew no limits. She would give her last dollar to someone in need without a second thought.

Cynthia's legacy is one of generosity, faith, resilience, and unconditional love. Though her passing leaves an immeasurable void, the impact of her kindness and the depth of her love will continue to live on through the family she cherished so fiercely.

A celebration of Cynthia's life will be held on March 14th, 2026, from 12 to 3 pm at Rock Church of the Quad Cities, 510 E 15th St., Davenport, Ia. 52803. Family and friends are invited to gather, share memories, and honor the beautiful life she lived.
