Brandon James Moeller, 39, of Davenport, IA, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, May 9, 2026, at his home in Davenport, IA.

Brandon was born on June 21, 1986, in Iowa City, IA, the son of Jerome Moeller and Debra Johnson. He came into the world 2 months early, weighing less than 3 pounds, but his fight and determination kept him going. He had the biggest heart and considered anyone he spoke to "his friend". He always finished a phone call, text, or in-person conversation with his parents and family with I Love You. He was his Mother's Bubba and his Father's Bud. 

He had a great sense of humor and liked to joke with everyone. If anyone needed help, he was the first to volunteer. He had a love for animals and had several dogs throughout his life. Brandon graduated from North High School in 2004 and was a proud athlete in Special Olympics. Brandon was always looking for a project to keep busy. 

Those left to honor his Memory are his father, Jerome Moeller (Step-Mom Ramona Bakich), mother, Debra Johnson, Half-Siblings Diney Moeller, Randy Moeller, and Penny Moeller. Step Siblings Dominic and Samantha Bakich and Nicholas Lange. Numerous Aunts and Uncles he adored and countless cousins, nieces, and nephews. Brandon had a domestic partner for several years and took great care of her. 

He was preceded in death by three of his favorite people, his Grandparents (Robert and Doris Johnson), and his Aunt Bonnie Ricketts, along with many relatives. 

Cremation will be directed by Mississippi Valley Cremation & Direct Burial, 1811 15th Street Place, Moline, IL.  His parents have chosen to forego any services and have private memorials amongst their families.
