Barbara Wright, beloved sister, aunt, and friend, passed away peacefully on September 6, 2025, at the age of 81. She was born on October 16, 1943, as Barbara Wright(new) Lessman, and lived a life filled with love, devotion, and countless cherished memories that will forever resonate in the hearts of those who knew her.

Barbara was a woman of deep faith and unwavering spirit. She dedicated much of her life to volunteering, finding purpose and joy in her service at Corner Stone Church and Crosswood Ministries. Her commitment to helping others was one of her proudest accomplishments, reflecting her caring nature and love for her family.

Her personality radiated warmth; Barbara was known for her loving demeanor and genuine concern for the well-being of those around her. She cherished the time spent with family, especially during the holidays when they created lasting memories together. Her home was a haven filled with laughter, love, and an open invitation for family and friends alike.

In addition to her strong family ties, Barbara found joy in her hobbies. She loved reading her Bible and attending Bible studies, nurturing her spiritual life. She also enjoyed the thrill of visiting the casino, further demonstrating her zest for life and the happiness she derived from these activities.

Barbara is survived by her two sisters, Linda (Herbert) Allen and Sandra (Thomas) Ponicki, along with numerous loving nieces and nephews: Edward Allen, Herbert R. Allen, Gary Morrison, Melody (Angelo) Minneci, Linda (Thomas) Stancato, and Mary Morrison. Her close friend, Donna Allbrook, also holds a special place in her remembrance.

Barbara is preceded in death by her mother, Gladys Lessman; father, Louis Lessman; sister, Carrol Morrison; and nephew, Donald Crafton. Their gatherings in heaven will surely be filled with joy and love, just as Barbara brought to her earthly family.

Her legacy of compassion, faith, and cherished moments will continue to inspire all who were blessed to know her. As we remember Barbara Wright, let us honor her life by embracing the same spirit of love and care that she shared so generously with others. She will be dearly missed and fondly remembered.
